MORGAN Planning & Development Inc. is a land use consulting firm working in affiliation with RUDY & Associates Ltd. The firms are based out of Orillia, Ontario and are currently working on development and strategic planning projects in municipalities throughout central Ontario. From pre-consultation to the implementation of final planning and development approvals, we provide particular expertise in project management, facilitation, negotiation and the development of communication strategies. Our firms offer planning and project management to both the public and private sector. |

Approach Whether we are representing a municipality, a community organization, an independent property owner, or an experienced developer, we approach each project from a practical perspective with the best interests of the client in mind. Each project begins with a thorough review of the guiding documents which govern development in Ontario, followed by an analysis of the current designations and zoning by-laws. From this point we hold pre-consultations with the approval authorities to discuss options and establish an action plan. We are respected for our knowledge of planning policy, and our understanding the decision making process.
